Mr Pavan Sukhdev

Mr.Pavan Sukhdev is the Chairperson of the Conservation Action Trust.
He owns more neckties than anybody else we know. He claims to use these to measure the value of forests, having devised an esoteric methodology that involves flying around the world as often as he can (thereby adding to carbon emissions), swanning around in a Prius to salve our conscience and entertaining guests with hands-free conference calls. He has two beautiful daughters, a rainforest in Cairns, a supremely elegant Kashmiri spouse, an incredibly efficient Burmese Belle who makes him carry her luggage and a house in London stuffed with modern Indian art. Alarmed by the rapid retreat of glaciers, he is training to be a deep-sea diver in a last-ditch attempt to save coral reefs around the world. He cannot be reached, even by us, so there's really no point in giving you his email address
